Adriana Oyarce holds over 13 years of experience in real estate. Some former roles include Broker of renowned Miami developer and investment firm, TSG Group, where she headed the international and development division helping amass a portfolio of over 3,000 units for international investors. Oversaw and managed the development and sales of TSG’s developments; OFFIZZINA, a luxury office condo project in Coral Gables, FL; Cassa Brickell, a boutique 88-unit luxury condo in Brickell, Miami; Cassa Georgetown, a redevelopment multifamily project in Ft. Lauderdale, FL among others. She served as Executive Advisor for Engel & Volkers Miami where she consulted and managed the operations and sales for the #2 Wall Street Journal-ranked Luxury Advisor, Lourdes Alatriste, together they traded ultra-luxury homes with a sales volume of 230 million in less than 12 months. Lastly, she served as Managing Partner & Head of Operations for Private Equity Firm, Metropolitan Investment, supporting their global activities with 300 employees worldwide and divisions such as Capital Markets, Commercial Advisory, Residential Division and Senior Housing Development. Former member of the Advisory Board for the Real Estate Committee at the Miami Chamber of Commerce.

Yassin Benkabbou is an Senior associate of Anchor Commercial National Retail Group and Net Leased Properties Group. Where Yassin has advised, sold, and listed an aggregate value of 200MM +. He has been a commercial real estate broker and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) since 2017.

Yassin has a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Additionally, Yassin holds a salesperson's license in Florida.

Prior to Anchor Commercial, Yassin was with Marcus and Millichap Central Florida Retail property Group. Where he grew his network of local and institutional owners and operators abroad. His main focus for his clients based on innovated solutions and problem solving, along with preserving wealth and mitigating downside risk through conservative underwriting approach. 

Edward Oyarce is a senior sales associate with Anchor Commercial Group. Edward has served as a trusted advisor for his local, regional and international clients alike. Helping investors and family offices amass wealth through creative acquisitions and dispositions strategies. Through his 14 years of real estate experience he provides a deep understanding of market trends, asset valuation, and how to optimize operations to increase investor yields.

Edward obtained a Civil Engineering degree from Florida Tech, which is paramount for his attention to detail and problem solving. Serving all of Florida with a focus on investment sales allows him to maximize value and create a tailored fit client experience.

Finally he is competitive by nature, once playing professional soccer in latin america and speaks three different languages; english, spanish and portuguese. Aside from his professional life he is a father of two beautiful daughters who he loves dearly.
